The Directors

Our three directors are responsible for the management and day to day running of RIPA Energy. They all have their own area of specality and a thorough understanding of client requirements.


Energy Account Manager

As soon as you make contact with RIPA Energy you will be in direct contact with our Energy Account Manager who has particular knowledge and experience of your region or organisation. He will be able to talk you through the different training options available according to your requirements and budget.


Programme Co-ordinators 

Each programme is assigned a Programme Co-ordinator whose role it is to ensure all aspects of the programme run smoothly.  They also respond to delegate enquiries, assist with accommodation requirements and research new course visits and speakers.


Client Co-ordinators 

Our Client Co-ordination team ensure that all participants that attend a RIPA Energy course have a positive experience from your initial enquiry until you return to your home country.


The Marketing team

We like to stay in contact and maintain a close relationship with our clients through various forms of communication regarding forthcoming programmes.  We also regularly carry out research and analyse feedback from our clients to ensure that all of our training programmes remain in line with our client’s needs and expectations and continually improve our programmes.
